Off the shelf HVAC equipment is designed to suit the averag e project. The problem is that very few projects are average. Plant space isoften tight or awkwardly shaped, performance requirements vary between building types, and sectors like healthcare bring compliance standards that generic equipment simply isn't built for.

Designing each unit to the client's specification meanseverything fits and runs as intended, with no unpleasant surprises atinstallation or commissioning. It also means the equipment can be optimised forefficiency from the outset rather than adapted after the fact, which matters more than ever as building operators work towards decarbonisation targets.

Designed and manufactured in Britain

All of our units are designed, engineered and manufacturedat our facility in Bromsgrove. Keeping everything under one roof gives us complete control over quality, from the welded steel frame and anti-corrosivecoatings through to factory testing before delivery. It also means ou rengineering team is directly involved from initial design to final sign-off and on hand to support clients long after handover.

British manufacturing isn't just a badge for us. It means shorter lead times, easier site visits during the build and abilty to work with our expert engineers.

• Healthcare - Our HTM-03 compliant air handling units are designed for hospitals and healthcare estates, where ventilation is critical to infection control and patient safety. We engineer to Health Technical Memorandum requirements from the very first drawing.

• Commercial - From offices to retail, our packaged plantrooms and air handling units are designed around the building, delivering reliable performance in spaces where plant room real estate is at a premium.
• Education - Schools, colleges and universities need efficient, low-maintenance ventilation that keeps running costs down and learning environments comfortable, all while meeting compliance standards such as BB101 for ventilation, thermal comfort and indoor air quality.
• Leisure - Our heritage is in swimming pool ventilation, where we've been setting efficiency benchmarks for decades. Pool halls are among the most demanding environments in HVAC, and our units are built to handle them.
• Agriculture - Agricultural buildings bring their own challenges, from humidity control to corrosive atmospheres, and our bespoke approach means the equipment is specified to cope.

The product range

Whatever the sector, our range covers packaged plant rooms,air handling units (AHUs), air source heat pumps (ASHPs) and swimming pool ventilation systems, all available to HTM specifications where required. Every unit is backed by our service and maintenance packages, warranties and a warranty on our in-house designed composite plate heat exchanger.
